Immunofluoresence Image Featured by Biology Department

Every now and then the Department of Biology gives a spotlight of its many research labs. The department had decided to feature the Qin Lab as part of its spotlight. I am quite happy to say that an immunofluorescence image I have taken was featured in the spotlight.

The image specifically is of cells engaging in collective migration across an unoccupied gap. The image shows F-actin (stained with Phalloidin-IFluor-488 from AAT Biosciences) and the cell nucleus (stained with Hoechst 33342, from Thermo Fisher Scientific).
